
Based at Fort Amherst, Chatham. Blandford Boys is currently the only representation of Airborne Divisional Signals in the UK and is dedicated to historical authenticity and remembering those who did not come home!

Re-creating the role played by the men of No.2 Company, (L) Section, 1st Airborne Divisional Signals; Blandford Boys brings to life scene's that were familiar in signals offices and forward communications area's in every theatre of operations during 1942 to 1945.

Primary portrayal is of the invaluable part played by Divisional Signals during operation Market Garden in September 1944. 6th Airborne Divisional Signals is also portrayed in line with event requirements to ensure the memory of the men of this Division are also remembered.

By using the tabs located on each page you will be able to navigate your way around the site. There is wealth of information ranging from historical and equipment information through to information for film and television producers, event organisers and new members. There is also a comprehensive publications library for original pamphlets which may prove invaluable for those seeking specific documentation.

Blandford Boys is rapidly raising the awareness of Airborne Divisional Signals during World War Two and bringing to the public eye the fact that the unit did actually exist and that it served in every theatre of operations from Sicily through to North West Europe and beyond.
Like our forebears. We too are proud to wear the Royal Corps of Signals cap badge.
